I really dislike getting meals from this place, but it is the only "fast" food restaurant in town. Not long ago, I took my daughter here to eat, when out of nowhere we hear some female shouting in the back. She had to have ranted for a good five minutes. When she finally finished, I asked if she was a manager. She replied that she was THE manager, and I told her that was quite a show she put on. There were a number of customers to witness her temper tantrum, and I felt embarrassed for her. The second reason why I dislike going here is because the staff are very rude. They don't look a day over 16, and don't act a day over 13. They talk amongst themselves while you stand there waiting to tell them what you want on your sandwich. I feel like I am interrupting something when I finally start naming vegetables loudly over the glass. Today was the final straw, and it is unlikely I will be going there again, as much as I love the food. I had decided I wanted a salad, but I wasn't sure which one I wanted. I asked which salad was for $4.50, because it wasn't listed. She said "I don't know." I asked her what salads were in the $5 range, and she said "I really don't know." So I said I wanted a roasted chicken salad, and I step over a few feet to the vegetables. I notice that the chicken is a whole piece, and ask if that gets chopped or is it left whole? She informs me that it gets chopped. Good. So I choose my toppings, and then she brings out this metal tool, to chop the chicken.....and my entire salad... into pieces so small that I probably should have been given a spoon. It looked like a huge mess, and just when I thought she'd stop, she chopped some more. So now I do not get the pleasure of taking a bite of juicy tomato, I get to eat pieces of it on my lettuce and spinach confetti salad.

All they care about is profits
