Ryan and his staff are very friendly. The food is very good and the portions are large. I ordered a side salad once, but I think Ryan served me the entire garden. Considering how large the portions are the prices are quite reasonable. If you ask, Ryan and his team are willing to customize things on the menu, which is something I believe current restaurants lack these days. The Ice Cream is some of the best I've ever had. Kemps and Sebastian Joe’s Premium ice cream is very good. Some seasonal flavors are typically stocked as well.
I highly recommend CTC!
We came here when it was busy. But we were the first once. And almost got our coffee last. But than again there was only one girl working behind the counter.
