Stumpy's should be re-named Dumpy's. First thing, 2 main menu items were out of stock. Second, we had an order of jalapeno poppers; they were tough. We tried biting into them and the could not bite through the peppers. I tried cutting them with a butter knife and could barely saw through them. They must have been ancient. Third & fourth, my husband had a burger with chipotle toppings - the burger arrived hot, but toppings were so cold they were almost frozen. He also ordered a "rum and coke" but was brought Captain Morgan and coke - he did not order spiced rum. Fifth - I had pizza with sausage and black olives (because they were out of the steak I wanted) - it had very few pieces of each ingredient and the sauce tasted like spaghettio sauce. The crust tasted stale. How is that even possible? I don't know, but it did. Luckily they brought crushed red pepper flakes which helped; but an odd thing with the pepper flakes and Parmesan shaker they brought - they were ice cold and wet and clammy. Which reminds, me the plate for the pizza was wet and clammy too! Sixth: The waitress had zero warmth and was barely polite. (Maybe they'd been keeping her in the deep freeze too . . . ). And last, but not least: To top it all off, the bathroom had no paper towels. And the stall door was about 2 feet or so off the floor - privacy - sorry, we're out of that today. I highly do not recommend this place. I think they have a serious problem with old ingredients and maybe they are storing stuff in the freezer to make it last longer and then serving it months after it's expired.
