Slowest Caribou I've ever visited. The baristas stand there and chat while 8 people are waiting for their orders. I won't be back.
I live really close to here and it's on my way to work, I would like to stop a few mornings a week only I know it will take an additional 15 minutes to get a simple iced coffee or blended drink. On more than one occasion they have been out of either the cold press or don't have a smoothie flavor which I find unacceptable for 730am, even more unacceptable are the way the employees treated me when they say they are out. I have recently switched over to Starbucks over on 42 & hwy 3. They even have a drive through!
On two separate occasions my wife and I have had to wait an unusual amount of time for our simple order while having no one queued ahead of us. On one of these occasions a group of three people were able to come in to receive refills of regular coffee and the order following theirs was amazingly filled before ours. While we typically enjoy Caribou Coffee and are generally understanding of how busy it can become, having worked at a Caribou Coffee in the past, we saw no discernable reason as to why we received such poor service. As a result of this last visit we have yet to return to this location even given it's excellent location and close proximity to our home. Otherwise, it is your typical Caribou Coffee with obligatory northwoods decor, fireplace and free wi-fi.
I visit this caribou coffee everyday. The people that work there are very friendly and always greet me no matter how busy they are when I come in. I really love the coffee and I like the atmosphere too.
