It's an ok diner. Good enough, nothing spectacular, but nothing bad either.
It is nice to have a place in Rice better than the Creamery! We have had the food in the past and we think that it is great. We have always had SUPER service and the waitresses are OUTSTANDING with their fast service. The atmosphere is always family friendly and clean. The food is reasonably priced and I really like that they offer to take reservations for big groups and have a designated area for this in the back. It makes it great for celebrations of all types. Definitely check out this cute and up north themed restaurant if you're heading North on Highway 10!
The service was terrible! Server was more interested in talking to the other servers and standing behind the counter than serving the customers. While the food was okay, it took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive and only after asking why it was taking so long did the server even acknowledge we were still sitting there waiting for our food. After the food was served, the server never checked back to see if the food was okay or if we needed refills on our drinks. The server or management made no apologies for the lateness of the food. Would definitely not go to this restaurant again.
The restaurant itself is very hit and miss in terms of service, but if you want to enjoy an outstanding delivered pizza, this place is fantastic.
