Otter Supper Club & Lodge

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The food was excellent quality, delicious with generous portions and great service by Joan our server. We will definitely be back!
The hotel was the worst I’ve ever seen. In fact, it was so bad that the owner wrote a letter explaining each of the hotel’s weaknesses and placed it in each room. We booked a room online 3 months in advance and were moved to different rooms 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. The staff failed to inform us we had to move until we were at a concert and were unable to return until late. The hotel staff moved our things to another room! Two of the rooms had bathroom doors kicked in, one didn’t have a smoke detector, and none looked as if they had been vacuumed or dusted in a long time. Most of the rooms had very old, inefficient air conditioners and had broken locks on the doors. The hotel is connected to a bar and the rooms show the wear and tear of destructive, drunk clientele. The website and their pictures were VERY deceiving.
A bit overpriced. Nice atmosphere. Meats are actually grilled out where you can watch.
Thickest prime rib I've had anywhere! It beats Texas, KC, Vegas, and every metropolitan area I've traveled to.
Always great quality food.
