terrible way over priced room and over priced food that was disgusting
the hotel is nice enough bit rhe pool seems always closed when i come here.
Hotel was nice, rooms clean and beds very comfortable. But the buffet was the worst buffet I have ever been to. Even OCB is better. I would stay in the hotel again but would eat elsewhere.
ATTENTION: anyone who has a good/bad experience at this casino should fill out a comment card on the employee. The casino takes customer satisfaction very seriously, all you have to do is get the name of the employee, what department they are in, and describe your experience, whether it was good or bad. Make sure you give specifics like the time you were with the employee, the general area you were in, etc. The reason I know the casino takes those comment cards so serious is because I used to work there and I got a good comment card written on me, my supervisors had a face to face with me in the office and showed me what was written on the card (all of the persons personal info was blacked out before it was shown to me of course), then it went into my personal file. Same thing happens with bad comment cards, so I encourage everyone to speak their minds to the casino directly because you'll get actual results if you do. Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley value all customers, and they'll prove it. I hope this comment is helpful to all who patronize the casino
