Nice break for the yucky weather
I am half & half with this location. They are always friendly , and energetic, but they seem to only get my order correct 1/5 times . Today for instance they were very nice in the drive thru . I go home to find that my order was not what i ordered. I called to ask what we should do about the situation , considering i don't want to drive back out today & i got hung up on. I tried calling back several of times , but nobody picked up the phone. I am now boycotting this location , due to wasting money on drinks that i did not originally order! I am disappointed in the staff for the way they are handling this situation , by not handling it at all. I had considered this business as a part of our community but there customer service & order of operations is bestowing a negative reflection on the community.
Coffee is how I start my day and this location ... well its like rolling out of bed and saying "Good Morning" to my family.
Service is always great, even when they're super busy! If you don't want to wait, I'd stay away during the weekends.
