Stayed in Luverne on a business trip. This place was across the street from my hotel - the hotel clerk recommended it. When I first pulled into the lot, I turned around and went looking for something else - I ended up back at the Howling Dog. In any case, I had their bacon cheeseburger and onion rings - the burger is hand formed and very tasty, the onion rings were homemade and pretty good. The cost was VERY reasonable. I'm not sure I'd take young kids here - but for the above 16 crowd, I'd recommend the Howling Dog Saloon.
