I had the worst experience here. I strayed from my usual sandwich order, and ordered a pepperoni flatizza. The employee had put 1 ladle of sauce on, and as she was getting another ladle of sauce, I kindly said "no more sauce please," and I was then given an unpleasant look. I just said, "I prefer light sauce..." She then proceeded to load up my pepperoni flatizza with pepperoni AND salami. I didn't dare say anything about the salami, even though I don't care for salami, for fear of the look of hatred I would probably receive again. After receiving a good amount of cheese on the flatizza, it was put in the toaster oven. After it was done, it taken out and let sit on the counter for what seemed like forever. A different employee came along and put it on the lid of the box and left it. Evidently there is only one employee in the store who is allowed to use a sharp cutting utensil, because I had to wait for her to finish someone else's sandwich before she could cut my pepperoni and salami flatizza into squares, and it happened to be the same woman who gave me the nasty look earlier. After I finally got my pepperoni (and salami) flatizza, I tried it with the salami, but ended up picking all of the salami off, which ended up being the majority of the meat. Needless to say I more than likely won't be going back to this subway due to the unpleasant service, and the quality of food I received.
As Subways go, this is larger and better laid out than most. The food is typical for Subway. No complaints about the staff. They seem to try their best.
