I used to love the food at Jimmys but the new owner that took over (or an employee claiming to be the owner) hung up on me when a co- worker and I tried to order food stating we were rude and that we should find somewhere else to eat when all we wanted were wings and a pizza. I was put on hold for a long time where I could hear her talking to someone else that was not ordering food. She treated us poorly and my co workers and I don't want to order food from there again.
