I've eaten at Wild Bill s Eatery and Brew several times and have enjoyed their numerous flavor combinations. Their pizzas alone are worth the trip to Foley, but their Panini s are probably my favorite. I appreciate that the management there is open to suggestions on how to make their restaurant better and they also have a very nice selection of beers including Third Street Brewhouse. Great work guys, we look forward to coming out again soon!

Good pizza, absolutely TERRIBLE service. Took 39 minutes to get our appetizer and another 15 to get our pizza. And this was at 4:00 and there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant (the server tried to blame the bad service on "all the people" LOL)! Server was very unfriendly and gave us a sarcastic apology for the food taking so long. Although the pizza was good, the service is so bad it isn't worth going there at all. This was our second time to the restaurant- 3 weeks earlier when we went we had a different, inexperienced and very inattentive waitress as well. And, the service was also slow- 30+ minutes to get our pizza. Don't waste your time with this restaurant (unless you call 40 minutes ahead for carryout). I would be very surprised if this business stays open for much longer.
The best White sauced Chicken Pizza I think I have ever had!!! You could definitely taste that it was homemade. The dinning area was very creative and gave us something to enjoy while we waited for our pizza. It had a cowboy/Wild West theme. My family and I did not mind waiting for 25 minutes for our food, because we enjoyed watching them make it threw the open kitchen. They even hand tossed the dough, which my children thought was the "coolest thing ever"! I think they might have cooked the pizza on a stone or bricks because they used a long paddle to take them out of the oven. Our server was polite and though I could tell she was inexperienced, did an overall good job. One thing I took note of was they had very clean restrooms, walls kind of plain and does not match the dinning room atmosphere, but Very clean. My husband and I absolutely loved our experience and we will be returning.
