This is one of the best spots in Austin, MN - no doubt! The owners are lovely, the sandwiches and salads are creative and delicious, and the prices are about the same as any other sit-down option in the area. Their baked goods and coffees are awesome too! Just being in the space (even the bathroom - ha!) is a feel-good experience. Cash only, but otherwise a sublime little cafe. :)
This was my great Aunt and Uncle's home that I hadn't been in since I was a little girl. We were welcomed in and shown around by the owner and staff, pointing out all the changes made since the last time we visited the home. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The coffee bar was great, the scones extremely good, but the chocolate cake delicious! I will definitely be back next time I am back in Austin. Hopefully they will ship!
They have a good coffee bar, make sure you get the punch card for your coffee or tea purchase. The food is good, but a little bit on the pricey side (for equal type of food). If you came for atmosphere, then you're in the right spot everything is eclectic but nicely done .
