Hooters

Not at all what I was expecting. The wait staff are all thin young women wearing gym clothes, which is weird but I was expectin a strip club atmosphere- not at all what it was. I only went because I was upset that my boyfriend liked the place, now I know I was wrong. Food is about par for bar food, with a sit-down restaurant area too (still just bar food though).
Service took a long time and they weren't even busy. Food took 45+ minutes and was just okay. Not what I have grown to expect from this chain.
Monique was just great. Nice young gal pulled up a stool a chatted with us for a bit; got personal, was nice. First time at a Hooters.
Went sat down and waited and waited. Next people got served right away. Ended up leaving not getting any service. As I was leaving I mentioned it to the servers and they didn't care. Manager came out with her mouth full of food and didn't care either.
Very poor service. I have been to many different hooters restaurants and this was by far the worst one. First, the tap for bud light was broke. I can understand that things happen and we elected to drink bottles. The waitress brought us out 3 room temperature beers. We confronted her about them and she said that they have been having trouble with their coolers. The manager who was present did not want to take them off our bill at first and would not even come and talk to us. We then started drinking pitchers of coors light. Then there was a shift change and we ended up with a waitress named courtney. She was by far the worst hooters waitress I have ever encountered. Half of our pitchers we had to go get ourselves after sitting with no beer in our glasses or the pitcher and also had to bring every keno ticket to the bar because she only stopped at our table a couple of times. I have been there a few times before and had some pretty good times with good service. So, do I think that the hooters restaurant itself is bad? No...but your business is only as good as the staff you employ.
