I avoid this store now because the service has gotten so bad. Super slow service makes me late for work every time I do go. Now the trend is the wrong order. I am two for two times now, a month apart, when I have gotten to work and opened my order and it is wrong. Someone needs to do some quality control at this store.
I come here every morning for my coffee. The ladies here know me by name. Recently, there has been a new hire. She is disrespectful. They need to interview better or this will not be my regular spot to get coffee any longer.
Gave my wife lecture on how much creamer costs and next time she needs to consider less or he was gonna charge her extra next time
The young woman at the window today was so rude, she rolled her eyes at me and gave me attitude, after she walked away from me swinger her hands like she was so grossed out by my cup, i have never had anyone act so rude to me and give me attitude. Ashame they hire people like this. NOT SATIFIED AT ALL WITH THE SERVICE. IT WAS AT 3 PM. RATE LESS THAN ONE STAR.
