Pleasantly surprised...we were in town for a funeral and apprehensive about finding a decent place to eat...decided on this one based on positive reviews at another site...then saw the reviews here and got nervous. The verdict? I don't know what the heck the other reviewers were expecting, but I couldn't find anything to criticize. (Ok, so the atmosphere/decor were nothing to write home about, but the place was surprisingly clean.) "The Chuckwagon" isn't fancy, but the service was wonderful, the facilities were clean, and the food was very good!

Stopped in with a buddy after visiting cabin - Breakfast buffet was well worth it and will come back.
Donuts are the only reason to go. Once got told to leave because i was "eating to much" of their all you can eat and the owner said that he didn't plan on people eating that much. Get the donut to go.
amazing doughnuts......better get a take out box or some one to share it with...... they are hugeeee =]
