Buffalo Wild Wings
Reviews
We live in the area and have been to BWW several times almost wishing it to be a good place. The food is in fact expensive as others have said, but more over the service nears the worst we've ever had. While I suspect it's mismanaged, of the 4 or 5 times we've been there since opening, they've actually screwed up not only each and every order, but the bills as well. We've decided not to go back. How can a place be so incompetent unless the patrons are drunk?
Outrageous for what you get. They charge you for any extra sauce even ranch for a small tiny cup. Was not impressed. 2 people and left with a 40.00 bill and hardly full. You could eat a better meal worth the price down the street at blind fish.
My kids and I were in the area for a soccer tournament. We stopped at this BWW and had a dinner. Great service and good food.
TLDR: WAYYYYY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!! I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings on two separate occasions; In my experience the staff has always been friendly, and for the most part professional, never had an issue there I'm happy to report. The food to me was so-so, nothing to brag about, but by far not terrible, what gets me is the PRICE of wings! BWW literally wants slightly over $1.00 a wing, and that is ABSURD!! They must be making at least 90% profit off their food costs. I can get a bucket of wings from Walmart for around $5.00, same with the local Meijers, and other restaurants will break down to roughly .40-.60 cents per.
I've been to several BWW throughout Michigan, and this is, hands down, the worst possible place to eat, or even just for drinks. The food was horrible, I don't even know quite how to describe it, but it all tasted just as bad. Also, despite having a large staff, customer service, especially friendly customer service, is obviously not a priority. The whole experience was horrible, so if you really want to go to BWW, I would say that the location in Lake Orion would be worth your time and money. Or try one of the several bar/resturants in Lapeer. Sidetracks has really good food, and everyone goes to Louie's to watch the big games
