Not good at all. Service has been slowly declining here, but we keep coming back cause the food is good! Tonight we went in and they were busy, so it was about 10-15 minutes before we were seated. Understandable, we see they've got almost all the tables full, no big deal. When we were seated...... We sat there for 15 minutes with our menus closed waiting to order, or at least get drinks. Not one server stopped, and there was about 5 of them that kept walking by. Finally after 15 minutes we left and gave our menus back to the host. It's going to take a lot for us to come back here....
Sunday, January 13th at 1 pm we tried to dine with a group of 17. We had called ahead and thought we made reservations but apparently they don't take reservations - why that wasn't stated when calling a week earlier? But they were able to create the space required and seat us together - that was good. However, from sitting down to getting our checks back it took over 2 hours. The food was good but the slow service put a damper on the experience. This is typical in my experience for Applebees - slow slow slow. Food OK, Prices are a little high for the quality.
How many have ran into the door at applebees because it is not posted correctly I have witnessed many people running into the window because u would easily mistake it for the door? My mother ran into the window on a busy sat. night then they had the nerve to laugh at her, well needless to say she ended up in the e.r with a major concussion from it..
I reveiwed this Applebees 7 months ago and wrote that the food was poor. I have gone back several times since and the food has been very good. As always, the servers are friendly and know the menu well. I'll be going back to this Applebees for years to come : )
Absolutely love their honey barbecue boneless wings with ranch the are the best thing on the menu ever Always friendly service
