food is over priced. We were a party of 5 for dinner on Saturday night 2/28/15. 4 split 2 pizzas. The pizza had very little sauce and too much cheese which tasted more like provolone than mozzarella. Soon after all four had stomach issues. The other had whitefish and chips. Fries were ok. The fish was crispy but greasy. They used their napkin to squeeze some grease out of the fish and the first one soaked through 2 layers of the cloth napkin. We all had a salad which were good but again overpriced. Our server was good. Won't be back
Stopped in with my wife. Great sevice, walleye perfect and my wife's perch was the best. We will definitely be back. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was attentive and pleasant. Calamari starter was the best I've had. I think you will love Teddy Griffin's!
Early dinner at 4:30 PM- Ordered Prime Rib Med. Rare- came out well done, server said it is all they have, replaced with Med. Rare Filet Mignon- came out raw- no recourse from server, very poor quality of food preparation and Guest Service for an expensive meal! Will not return.
Have had a place up in Harbor Springs for several years but typically we eat at home. However, we hear such great things about restuarants in this area that we have started to eat out at one new place when we are in town. We picked Teddy Griffins after checking our their menu online and the dishes sounded wonderful! However, we were disppointed with our pasta dishes, which do not include salads. The fresh veggies in each were great and plentiful but the overall taste was very average, nothing we'd go back for again. We did not feel that it was a $50 meal. Wait staff was alright, they were very busy which could be why our server was not too attentive. Not sure we will be returning.
Although a little pricey, the food is great and the service is always top notched. We live around the corner and the place is a great get-away for an evening.
