I have never had a bad experience here. This place has a great, fun loving staff that goes out of their way to make the customers happy! I am a little set back by the last review on here about this company. If you have ever been to any other auction site then you would know that this place is MORE than helpful to the customers and your wait is not even as close to being as long of a wait if you were to go to let's say....Repo Cast or Fast Track, that's for sure. They even help you load up your stuff and are kind enough to let you use there tools, fork-lifts and pallet jacks. Heck they are even the only auction place that gives you half off your premium if you pay in cash!!!!-AMAZING!!! The place is not dirty...lady they are a growing company that gained alot of new bidders and alot of inventory in a small amount of time, so I am sure you can understand that with there growing inventory rate and the amount of space they are working with at this time, that things can get a little messy at times when things are constantly coming into there warehouse and going out. One more thing. HAVE YOU NEVER READ THE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?? Everything you said is pretty much on their website already. Yes online bidding regardless what company you are bidding with is a BUYER BEWARE BUSINESS lol Go to the place and preview and test the things you plan on bidding on like they ask you to. That is your responsibility as a bidder. They are not your baby sitter. For goodness sake they are a used restaurant supply company...we are lucky and fortunate to get such amazing deals on there specialty amazon overstock auctions.

It's an auction house and they make no guarantees whatsoever about the sold items. You could very easily be buying a broken item, with missing parts, shattered mirror, etc. They won't show you pictures of the actual item most of the time, so buyer beware. I've scored some OK deals with this site. But don't expect to win anything for super cheap, because the bids will rise right at the very end, similar to Ebay. Only, unlike Ebay, if the product is a dud, you're completely out of luck. The warehouse is very dirty and the pick-up experience leaves a lot to be desired.
