Smokin' Johnny V's Barbecue Bistro

The new catfish po boy for lunch is EPIC. Their food is normally really good, but that sandwich blew my mind. Definitely going back again. :)
Everything I've tried I enjoyed. My personal favorites are the bronzed salmon and the Ribeye made with the bull-ride.
I was very excited to try their food, but was dissaponted. It is smoked, but it is served dry and without any seasonings or bbq sauce. I like microbrew beer, but their prices are 5 to 9 dollars a pint, more than I want to pay. Most bbq joints are focused on take out, but they seemed to be clueless about how to handle a basic takeout order and it cost way way way too much. (over 100 dollars). They had no plasticware or napkins, so i had to go buy those items before we could serve it. I could have gotten two large pizzas and people would have had more food and enjoyed it more than the dry, flavorless meat we were served. Waitress was friendly.
Excellent bbq
Depending on what time of day.. service seems to be better in the evening.. lunchtime service rude and unattentive
