My husband and I used to go there all the time, but today we really got an awakening. We took two of our nieces out to lunch. We ordered a pizza and drinks and potatoe wedges. We got the food and the pizza was burnt black on the crust. Everything else was good. So I called the waitress over and told her it was burnt. She called Paul over and he said that it was due to using premade crust. And if they remade it would be the same. We ask for it to be remade. Paul then went over and started talking to the 3 other customers, saying that we did not even eat any but were complaining about it being burned. You do not have to eat something to see it is black. He continued to talk about us as if we could not hear him. We got the remade pizza and it was not burnt. Now before we told the waitress about the burnt pizza he came out of the back and ask the cook what she had burned because he could smell it. But then he had the audacity to talk about us as if we weren't there. After that we recieved very bad service. We had not even finished and were going to ask for more drinks and the waitress brought our bill to us and walked away. I had to go up and get a to go box for my left over pizza. Like I said we have been there lots before this, but they have lost our business and our friends and family for ever. Just because they do not know how to handle a burnt pizza and to not talk about paying customers when they can be heard. That is just plain rude and bad business. You are suppose to make your customers happy and treat them with respect, if not you will lose a lot of business. We will never go back or order anything else from them.
