The Fabulous Gardens and little bird shop made up for the not terribly original food. The scallops were nicely done, though the accompanying features were not impressive. The salad bar had really delicious premixed salads (i.e. Variety of slaws & pickled veggies). Very high food prices for food that is lower quality compared with other nearby bistros and fine dining. Desserts are homemade; we loved the lemon raspberry pie.

Great place in the middle of no where. The ribs are not that good very fatty. The seafood was great.
I love eating here, the food is great, the service is good, but what everyone really comes here for is the hummingbirds. They come right up to the window to eat, so you're basically eating with the hummingbirds.
My wife and I recently dined there and we were very pleased with our food and service. Don't be in a hurry; fine dining should not be a rushed affair. I had the roast duck which was outstanding; in addition, you will find an excellent salad bar. Dan Rogers, Jackson, Mi.
