Probably the worst steak and service ever. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole. Not to mention the place is outdated way beyond even my parents taste. I love steak houses and romantic outings. But this place needs some lighting updated along with some windows. Steak was dry, tough, and undercooked. Undercooked and dry. How the hell do you do that. Coldwater needs some serious restaurant revamp. Because what they have is pathetic.
After our waitress took our drink order it took 10-15 min to get 3 soda's and 2 beers. The waitress said our drinks were taken to the wrong table. 10 min later she came back and took our app and my 2 yr old sons order. That took about 15-20 m for that order to come out then she took the adults order. My son was about done with his chicken strips when my mom realized that 1 of them was raw!! When the waitress decided to come back and check up on us we told her about the food. She said she would try and get that taken off the bill which they did. Never saw a manager about this situation. We finally got our meals 25 min after my son was done. We were there for 2 hrs. The cooks didn't cook the steaks or burger correct. Worst experience I have ever had.
Limited Selection of food, Not the greatest service, Didnt get my pickle spear like menu says and instead after I asked they brought a small cup of pickle slices, didnt get my side salad until I asked. So basically I was served a burger on a plate and they didnt see anything wrong. Just a shady place if you ask me. Plus some creepy guy kept staring at my woman. Wont be going back I can get that service and food from McDonalds.
The food was great, we left full and happy. Just a note : Ask for your meat under what you would normally order it.
The atmosphere is causal and pleasant. The staff friendly and knowledgeable. The menu is limited, but covers most reasonable requests. I found the food presentation pleasing. The meal was served fresh from the kitchen. The taste was great on par with fine restaurants in metropolitan areas. The cost very reasonable. I have eaten there numerous times over 2 years and never had a bad experience.
