Tonight I brought my family to Sonny's. Sample platter was generic and greasy, the kids enjoyed it. We ordered two burgers and two kids baskets. The burgers came out raw, not just a little pink in the center raw, they were both pink to the edge. We told our waitress she took the burgers back to the kitchen. 30 minutes later she brought our plates out. We just put them into boxes to bring home. The waitress offered deserts on the house in front of the kids so we agreed, only to be charged six dollars for one of them. Once home I went to eat a burger it's burnt and dry. I'm disappointed with the way our situation was handled. I hope the charges we incurred were enough profit from our group to satisfy their PnL so losing our business won't an issue to their success.
