Need to replace some or most of your staff!! Was In Bay City for Buisness, and stopped in that location, Staff looked dirty, a few looked high on drugs and You need to get rid of Marcella, all those tatoo's and way to flirty with the male customers. And it looked like she had her spouse hanging out there too, causing delays while they talked. Asked to speak to a manager and there were 2 a Guy and another , will not forget her, she was rude and seemed not to care. Will never go in there again.
Slow service and mediocre customer service, but the drinks were good.
This Tim Horton's continues to disappoint me. Their food used to always be really good but lately the food and service is horrible. The last coffee I ordered had creamer in it that looked like cottage cheese. The last hot chocolate I ordered tasted like water. The last muffin I got was really dry and they forgot to put the powdered sugar on it. Not to mention they never have the muffin I want to order in supply. Also the service was awful. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and then the guy took a different persons order that came in after me to get ice cream. So I left and went through the drive thru. Thankfully they took my order there.
Let me start by saying I LOVE Tim Hortons food and coffee....just not from this location. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers who have no ideda whats going on. I rarely write reviews but the franchise owner needs to wake UP!. I will never go to this tim hortons again. Today after being tossed the bag with my food in it the man was rude and had me leave, i had to ask for the coffee i ordered. They forgot my bagel as well. This kind of thing happens all time time. Terrible service. the Manager is no better, she sounded so annoyed I just hung up.
