Walked in and was a bit worried about the simple decor, but the food was delicious and the service was good. Great stop in the snowmobile trail!
Great food and service. Feel like I get my monies worth.
They have earned themselves a new regular. My fiance and I needed a place to go and we have found the perfect one. Decent prices and amazingly fresh and well prepared dishes make for a great experience. Some may not like the seat yourself idea, but it works well here.
Could not have felt more unwelcome. Terrible service. mediocre food. For all the good I had heard about this place, it fell very short. Overpriced for serving size. Was going to talk about it with Steve the owner, but by the time we were actually done, all we wanted to do was leave. Even the kids requested we never go back there.
If you have time to kill this would be the place. Incredibly slow service! Yes we visited during a busy time but didn't have to wait for a table. Waitress quickly took our order and got our drinks. That's the end of the good news. After waiting for over 15 minutes we overheard her telling someone at the adjacent table that the reason it was so slow the night before was that they had run out of food. Okay, that's possible. What's ironic is that my daughter for some reason had started the stop watch on her cell phone when we sat down so the times I'm relating are real. At 20 minutes we were getting antsy, as well as two tables that had been there before us. At 25 minutes one of the tables was served. At 30 minutes one of the others was served. We were hungry...and we began to pay attention to the grumbling around us. 35 minutes, 40 minutes and our waitress was nowhere to be seen. A table behind us with four guys who had come in about ten minutes after us somebody said "Where the f*** is our food?" Finally 45 minutes...and no food. I told my daughter if we aren't served in five minutes we're leaving. At 49 minutes and some seconds our food came. When I complained to the waitress, which I think is legitimate, she fired back that 45 minutes to a hour wait is normal and they have the best staff in the kitchen. We waited 49 minutes for two hamburgers and a snotty waitress. Never again!
