I'm a fan of Biggby coffee so I stopped at this one on my way up north. The coffee drink itself was good, however, they had run out of lids for the cups and didn't tell me this when I ordered, and then handed me a full cup of hot coffee and said casually "oh, we're out of lids" like it was no big deal. Besides the fact that it spilled out on my hand, it also cooled down rapidly. How was I supposed to take this in my car? They should have told me when I ordered that they were out of lids, and/or put the drink in a bigger cup so it wouldn't spill all over. The employees either didn't care or were woefully stupid.

No matter who is working that person is always super nice and friendly. Excellent service and excellent food and coffee
