We were charged more on our bill than the prices marked on the menu.... When we questioned it our server informed us that "for some reason it was priced higher in the computer"... She promptly refunded us the difference. The table behind us was also complaining about price difference at the start of our meal, I guess that was what alerted us to this.. Seems like this is common practice.
We had my parent’s 50th anniversary party here. We had a great time, great atmosphere and great service. Sara did a wonderful job accommodating anything we needed.
Best restaurant in St. Clair County by far!!!! They have a great selection on the menu. Service was Excellent, everyone was very friendly. The Food was Awesome, I would recommend Big River Grille to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are very friendly all the time. I enjoy the quiet of sitting in the bar area as well as the great view of the river in the main dining room. I recommend this restraunt to all
We went in for an appetizer and drinks, the place is dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and my husband told me to not eat the crab cake we ordered, he said it was not fresh. I would not recomend this place.
