I love Rubys! My boyfriend and I go there often and we absolutely love it. The menu is large so you can always try something different! They have everything from burger, salad bar, ribs, and pasta! Great food and at a really great price. They also have tons of coupons if you sign up for emails they will send you some which really help out when the bill comes. They are always prompt, unless very busy but thats at any restaurant. The food is great, and if not, they take care of it for you, and the prices are great. I have been going for years and I will continue to go back :)
Went today, sat down and then they proceeded to not bring drinks and essentially abandoned us. They started serving others. I was surprised as I have eaten there many times. I got up and left. They didn't even notice.
Food and service was great. Price and quality great.
Good service and salad bar however really lack decent vegetarian options.
We recently moved to the Waterville area and wanted to take the family out to dinner. So my husband our two children and mother went out to Ruby Tuesdays. First off it took forever to get our food. By the time the food was there mom didn't want to eat anymore she had already had salad bar and was full. My daughter who is six got children's meal grilled cheese they made it on hamburger buns and she looked at it like wtf is this but was too hungry not to eat it. The buns were turned the wrong way so the top and bottom were the middle it was horrid. I got my food it was alright but not 9 dollars for two mini burgers and fries.I would say they only meal out of them all was my husbands he got tilapia (fish) with rice and broccoli unfortunately he had to go to the bathroom as soon as we got home. The menu selection was awful there was nothing there for food besides burgers and salad. So all in all cranky kids crappy food and the bill was 60 bucks I will never eat there again nor would I suggest anyone with kids to go else where don't waste your money.
