I have never had such a horrible experience with a fast food establishment as I have had with this store. The employees are rude at the drive through and by the time you get to the window you expect to see someone smiling and instead you have someone asking you what you ordered. They should know what I ordered as I just told them less then 2 mins ago at the speaker box. Once they throw the coffee at you, you'll soon notice that your order is incorrect. My husband is diabetic and enjoys the ice coffee with splenda. I enjoy the french vanilla ice coffee w/sugar. I am not exagerating when I say that everytime we visit this franchise our order is wrong. Most of the time they put sugar in his ice coffee which being diabetic he cant have. Theres other dunkins to go to in this area but that is the one that is closer to our house... I'm tired of rude service and paying for an order that I did not choose. Dont give me what you want, give me what I asked for!

Well, it was a long day on the highway, so I pulled off an exit to get a burger or two somewhere. In the distance I saw a Burger King sign. Heading in that direction, I got all flibble-flabbled by the way the roads were marked. one way/ do not enters/ you've been through the routine before ! Anyways, I ended up at a Dunkin Donuts drive up window, and not really knowing where I really was, I proceeded to place an order. "Hi, 1 Whopper Jr. / no tomatoes / small choc. shake/ fries/... you know?.... Well, the girls at the window started giggling at me, and my order for a min. (tee-hee-hee teenie-booping brats.) After my order was placed , I could'nt figure out why the girls were still laughing and tee-heeing! one girl said "you are at the dunkin donuts drive-thru, if you want a burger, you have to go next door to burger king". ( I thought I was already there.)The two girls continued to laugh and giggle about my order.Well, like I said earlier..., long day on highway,and very hungry, and not in a mood to be messed with. I put my car in drive, and went forward, having to pass the drive-thru, I gave the girls a finger, or two from a far distance........., then went next door to B-K, then hit the highway again to continue my journey. Called the D-D manager in the morning of the next day, and told him I were not very happy with the service there. He kept saying sorry to me. The service I recieved at Dunk'n donuts on collage ave. in waterville, maine was unfair to me, and maybe others as well, that have been there making the same mistake as I did. (((((( A Totally Horrible Service! Very Rude Employees, Very Unprofessional)))))) " " P.S.... you girls need to go play with your dolls for a little while longer until you grow up...........................................................................MAYBE!
