A perfect lunch stop. Great cafe style soups, sandwiches, & salads. Sinful deserts. Great artsy atmosphere. Real dishes, not paper and styrofoam. Free wifi a plus since constantly roaming on cell in area.
Steve I want you to know how pleased we were with "now" the second wedding cake you have made for us...one more to go and you will have successfullu married off my 3 daughters.... As you know Holly wanted buttercream icing but understood that it doesn't hold up as well in the heat...you must have been watching the weather because she was so happy to find it was buttercream...and looked exactly like she wanted. Many guests said it was the best wedding cake they ever had You nailed this one Steve...thanks again (mother of the bride)
Always excellent food and service
My family and friends were planning baby shower and called to have a cake made. When we didn't recieve a call back so stopped in to see about having the cake made. Steve was VERY annoyed and said he returns calls in the evening. He never called. I tried some of the baked goods while I was there and they were average. If you need an excellent bakery in Maine for a special occasion I would recommend taking the trip to Falmouth to the European Bakery or to Bread and Roses in Ogonquit where not only are the baked items consistently AWESOME but the customer service is too!!!
