Service people are wonderful. Low rates. Room is clean but rough. Good all-round value.
I stayed at this hotel while in presqe isle for work. I arrived at my room to find Arby's wrappers in the trash can, and a used bar of soap and shampoo in the shower. The front desk gave me a new room which was cleaner, but there was hair on the bathroom floor and the shower was slow to drain. The only positive was Heather at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful, otherwise I was very unhappy with my stay, and will tell my work to find a different hotel next time.
Only stayed over night, and my first experience went well. Check in was quick and the front desk knew what she was talking about. Could be a little more welcoming but still knowledgeable. The check out was quick. Also reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious (double room). The food at the restaurant was ok. I had only breakfast there which was french toast and strawberries, well it was jam. I was expecting something in a syrup or something. All in all, the food I wasn't too impressed with, but the room was great. Will likely stay again, but just eat elsewhere.

This hotel has come a long way. The best place in Presque Isle. The room was newly renovated, spacious and clean. HOT water and great water pressure. Great conversation at the Bar and the food at GRAM'S (Gram Russo's Italian Restaurant is like being in Italy. The front desk staff was helpful friendly, but a little offsetish. The Pool though I did not use is top noch. I did use the fitness Center, It is like one you would find in the Big city, not a little town like Presque Isle. I will recomend and will return
