Love my Dunks! XL FV XC RS!!
I had to repeat myself literally 6 times and they still messed up my order. Plus when they told me the price I was in shock. I asked them why it was so expensive they said because you got an extra shot of espresso. I said yeah. I go to 2 other Dunkin Donuts and get charged way less. They had nothing to say after that. The cups were not marked so we didn't know what was what. I used my dunkin donuts rechargeable card and they did not return it and they never gave me a receipt.This was my first time going there and my last. The person with me said She will NEVER go there again after this incident.
Very rude customer service. The order was wrong and the lady basically threw the coffee out the window on me. Will never go to that place again
