Poor customer service to start. They need to hire employees that know their products and know how to make them. Ordered a chocolate cake glazed donut. Reply, we don't have that or do you mean a chocolate donut with chocolate frosting? No glazed, oh yea. Then we ordered the NEW glazed bacon, egg donut. Reply: We don't make them anymore. What are you talking about, it's new. Well the person that knows how to make them was not working. Please give me a break. Canceled order.
Well I ordered a turkey egg white bagel and i got a vege. egg white bagel this after giving it back to them to fix the order? Counter girl was pleasent enough it fell apart after that! I don't usually stop at this DD on my way to work but the commerical had me interested enough to try it ( turkey egg sandwich). I am going to call them In Upper Marlboro and see if the fix this.. Aka Free correct Sandwich more later..

This is still same Thing.. Abandoning this DD. Horrible service... New Management did not do to much... to improve..
This is the worst DD I've ever been to. They are constantly out of the popular items and they don't even come close to filling the cup with coffee. Do yourself a favor and go to the waysons corner DD or go to Bowie.
