My husband and I dined at Applebees in Prince Frederick, Md. around 3:30PM. I think the waitress was Lindsey, we were very dissatified with the service. First she brings a coke for my husband and I ordered ice tea with lemon. She failed to put lemon in the tea, I had to ask for it. We ordered an appetizer, which she failed to bring. Our food arrived, which was very good. She never once came back to refill our drinks, asked if we needed anything, my husband needed more napkins since he was eating baby back ribs. She did not ask if we wanted dessert, just came back and said "you need a box," gave us our ticket and that was it. She totally was not doing the job a waitress should do. I live near the Annapolis and Bowie Applebee, so I will take my business there. It was our first time there, and I cannot believe how bad the service was!
