The people who claim the Overall id Very good or Excellent is either starving and been given free food, or higher ups who work there. Some of the cashiers their are rather nice but the overall service sucks. the food is terrible and cold 3/4 of the time. And the drive thru.... Dont even get me started there. 20 minutes for 2 McDoubles and a Tea...Come on.
