Have you ever been to maryland?The crabs are HUGE . Not what they send you for the same price.Seems weird ALL reviews on sight are 5 star because there lies.Customer service is aweful in the sense they treat you nice but don't back anything up with service.Ohh and STAY AWAY FROM THERE TRIPS thats where they cheat you big time 100 dollars for a buffet in a cheap restaraunt and crab that has hardly any meat takes u longer then time aloud YES theres a time for the buffet.To bad there was not zero 0 stars they really dont deserve one.
We ordered 30 live blue crabs and 20 of them were dead. We even ordered the VIP membership for free shipping. After trying to get a replacement amount of crabs they referred us to their policy that they only credit you back with 18 more crabs with your next order. Placing another order to get reimbursement is ridiculous. Buyer beware. Any other store would treat this as a defective product and would ship the difference.

I was a bit worried since I didn't see any reviews online. This was the cheapest place for shipping and crab prices I could find in the SEPA area. I had two bushels of crabs mailed to my door for a party. The crabs were GREAT. I was able to get twice the amount of crabs through this site at the same price I would have paid at the local purveyors. Crabs were shipped by fedex, they were pre-steamed and the packing was very sturdy and cold. All I had to do was steam them for five minutes and they tasted as fresh as when I cooked them live before. You can call the company and someone will pick up and answer your questions. A great place. I would definitely order from them again.
The boiled crab and soft shell crabs were DELICIOUS! The flounder was very fresh but some fillets had bones in them. The scallops were good but nothing that you can't find at your grocery store. The oysters were a major disappointment! The whole reason I ordered online was because I hoped to find decent size oysters but they were pathetic. Perhaps if I would have went with a smaller count there would have been larger oysters. I'm New Orleans born and love my oysters so I was rather upset but it's a lesson learned. I highly recommend their crabs.
