I love dunkin donuts, usually. When I went to this particular Dunkin Donuts the staff was extremely rude we asked them to simply fix a drink for us and they retorted with "that's how it's supposed to be" and when we said "No we go to DD all the time and it has never tasted or looked like this can you please fix it" another employee retorted well that's coffee so clearly you're wrong. When the manager came out she did nothing except brush us off. This was just a terrible experience and I have never seen such awful customer service. The employees were outright rude and lazy and managerial staff had no care at all. They clearly need new management and nicer employees.
