rotten hazelnut cream cheese! This place sucked today, totally unimpressed! Update: just noticed this review was edited! Just so you know they severed ROTTEN MOLDY CREAM CHEESE to my PREGNANT FIANCE! No one cared, at store and Corp level. #PaneraDoesntCare
I enjoy going any to Panera, but usually go to the one in the Woburn Mall. I like to eat there and study for school. I'm not sure if they like us students going there, lately I just I don't feel welcome. I know I'm doing school work but on an average I spend at least $25 between the pastries, coffee and food. So is not like I'm just sitting there using their internet and space I'm actually consuming their products....unfortunately due to the weird and unwelcoming treatment I won't be going there now or when I'm done with my school... and will tell my friends about it...
I have been here fairly frequently in the past month working on my dissertation and its a great place to grab a coffee and pastry while you do some work. The food is the same food as all Paneras, which is generally quite good. For the speed of delivery, cost, and consistency, it's hard to do any better. I had one especially good experience at this location with a manager here who practically waited on my table.
Longest slowest line I've ever seen at a Panera. Food good as usual though.
