My Wife and I go here all the time, I love the food, we are both big time Sushi and Noodle eaters. I gotta say though that the service is horrible. Often we will end up with multiple servers, none of which no what the other one has already done or not done. This can be infuriating to me, sometimes we sit for 10 minutes with no Water or Tea before they even bring the menus. Often you have to wait at least that long for the check. We sit at the Sushi bar when ever we can, the service is always way better there since you are in their face and can ask for things when needed. The food is good though, good enough for me to put up with the bad service. Both my Wife and I work in the Food Service Industry and neither one of us could imagine having service this bad. Usually I wouldnt post a review like this, but I have spoken with two different managers over the past year and a half and nothing seems to change. Guess they know that they are busy so they dont care as much.
Their food is fresh, well presented, and the portions are very large. Unless you have a staggering appetite, you'll find that if you get an appetizer, you probably won't make it through your meal. Entrees average around 17 dollars, but are well worth the price.

The food was okay the portions were very small. And we were bombarded by waiters and waitresses. We couldn't even decide what we wanted yet and we already had 3 waiters / waitresses at our table trying to take our order. We will mist likely not be going there again... :-(
Koto's food is better than the service, but both are well worth the price! I do recommend!
