Went to Dunkin drive thru before I left for Gardner Ma at 12:30 today, got my norm Med hot regular and the cashier Michael Annear was at the drive window and what a nice cashier, Happy fun employee seem to enjoy his job. However at 3:30 I went back to purchase k- cups ( not price as advertised) . I go back to that one in Orange Athol ( NOT IN GARDNER) to purchase 3 of k - ups packs and find out that it was 31.00 plus for them. So I question price and the little blond RUDE......... cashier tells me she don't make the ****** prices. So I pay the price they are charging and finish transaction. 2 minutes later.( Now mind you I am standing there in shock and waited for this young lady to put these bulky items in bag), Seeing me standing there she replied did you want something, to that I replied yes a bag please. Can you believe after spending 31.00 plus dollars at this place SHE THREW THE BAG AT ME AND I HAD TO BAG IT MYSELF. Never mind in middle of me paying she received a call on drive threw and yelled I have one hear can't get that. I will never go there again and I will not support any other store( DUNKIN) that owner has. Even the people who where in there felt embarrassed for me. The star is for second visit off day
Great service lovely people next time I'm in town I'll make sure I swing through to visit
It's alright, some workers work hard, others just do what they have to do to get through the day.
