Best French restaurant in Western MA. Very friendly owners and staff, tasty food, excellent wine selection, priced right. Regular Manger/Boire events during winter. Don't miss this gem!
Never again! The worst service we ever got in a restaurant in the Berkshires. We had reservations yet we stood in the corridor for 25 minutes to be seated. an hour and 45 minutes later we were still waiting for our main course. They promised Vegetarian food, both on their web site and in their menu but they had nothing, a pile of greens with 2 cherry tomatoes, this was their idea of Vegan food. Around the table, the stake was hard and dry, the fish was cold the hamburger was o.k.. Save yourself the frustration and stay away...
One of the most delightful dining experiences in a long time. We were seated within two minutes of arrival. Phenomenal cuisine. Service was very responsive. Going back first chance we get.
After moving from a table with proximity and lighting reminiscent of a bus terminal, we were assigned a very young waiter who was earnest but utterly awkward and untrained. No tablecloths, with seating so close together we could hear other patrons breathing. We sat for 1-1/2 hours before seeing our entrees. Difficult to integrate food so well conceived and well prepared, ultimately, with as grim an atmosphere and as poor service as we found.
Wonderful food. I had a salad with grilled chicken. My wife had duck confit. We were very pleased with the food and the service. Worth the price!
