The view of the river is gorgeous. The food is gross, the service slow. I got a bug in my salad. They brought me a new salad when I complained, but it was wilted greens with lots of brown. I didn't eat it and they didn't take it off of the bill. We ordered a chicken BBQ pizza. The chicken had hard parts that I couldn't chew. The crust was neither pleasing nor terrible, the sauce was okish. I am also not a fan of taxidermy, and they use a bit of it for decorating. All said and done it was a long wait for gross food with a moderate price tag. I am certain not to return. Probable to a bad spot to grab a beer-but I would not recommend eating here.

Pizza very good
Our visit last week was very disappointing . My friend & I stopped on a whim after a long day of work and we thought we were "starving". We had heard the food was unpredictable but we gave it a try. It was a big waste of $$$. "Grilled chicken" sandwich was a thick lukewarm previously boiled, tough & tasteless . How it got grill marks on it is beyond me. My friend had a steak & cheese grinder which was also lukewarm & mushy. We each had a couple of bites then had them boxed up to go. Tossed them when we got home. We didn't complain because we were tired and didn't want to make a scene as the bar was full ect. The only one on the staff who didn't look shady was the very nice bartender who was also delivering food to the tables. Luckly we did sit at the bar. Sometimes you have to pick your battles so we paid up & left not to return.
four of us visited this bar in passing for a drink. Its location is absolutely fabelous and the staff were so polite we stayed there to eat. really enjoyed the food and the setting and found it excellent overall. i would highly reccomend it.
