My other half and I frequent the Starbucks by our house, they are the best in Slidell. Stupid me for assuming all Starbucks are the same. Such night and day when compared. The employees at this location are so generic, they just want you gone. They dont care how you want your drink or food. I specifically asked if anyone working knew how to make what I was ordering. I was told 'yes.' I watched the careless, tall, blonde ponytail wearing woman pick up my cup and inquire how to make it. If that wasnt clear enough that she was clueless, the over abundance of half and half poured in my drink would of gave it away. If I wanted iced half and half I would've ordered it. I also ordered a sandwich. While waiting, the customer before me was served and then my name was called. The short, stout, dark haired woman who TOOK MY ORDER said, "that was the last of that sandwich, is there another type you like?" I was very specific about how the egg is cooked on the other sandwiches. I was told it was the same on the sandwich she suggested. Needless to say, I left with a cup of coffee flavored half and half and a sandwich with the egg cooked how I specifically said I didnt care for. I didnt have time to complain or wait for another order. Thanks for ruining my morning, Starbucks Store #10961. Dont even bother with this store. If you want good service and good product go to the location on Northshore Blvd, across from the mall.
Worst starbucks in slidell they are always rude
I'm here pretty regularly and get very good service each visit. Very friendly and accommodating baristas.
Great place, easy in easy out, fast and friendly
Just all around bad service. If I have to meet someone here, I just get black coffee.
