I will go to this location as a last resort. Service isn't great and so many repeated mistakes timw & time again.
I avoid eating at this place. Food is okay if they put effort into preparing it. I've been here a few times and 90% of the time my order is mixed up or they forget an item. One time they asked for the receipt and tried to keep it from me so I couldn't prove that they forgot an item. Workers are extremely slow. I actually went to the drive through at about 2pm and there was very few cars in the parking lot. By the time I got my meal which was a #1 I had been sitting for 15 min and there were 5 cars behind me. Today I went back because I got a craving and got a deluxe for the first time. It was very pathetic. No tomato, no lettuce, 1 little pickle slice and 2 chopped pieces of onion with a smear of ketchup. It was all meat cheese and bun. And it costed 10 for two of them! (me and hubby) Need new staff and management!!!!! I hope the mcd co. reads this review. Bathrooms are nasty I don't ever want to go again. Crickets everywhere.
I was displaced by Hurricane Isaac and I received excellent customer service! The staff changed my entire mood! Thank you!
Almost every time I am forced to return to this McDonald's after placing my order because something his missing or it's the wrong order. I frequent it less because of the wait times too. Also, they often don't include things like napkins and ketchup and straws...can't count the times I've had to run in to get one of those.
