My most recent experience at this particular IHOP was terrible. I placed a TO-GO order and
waited 20 minutes to go pick it up; only to find out that I had to wait another 15 mins in order for my
food to be ready. On top of that, After making it home I found a piece of plastic in my food and
Immediately returned to IHOP. The entire staff at this location seems to never have things in order.
Rather it is the cooks performing sloppy duties, whether its the servers putting you on unnecessary
holds over the phone, or the managers not responding to problems in a professional manner. To be
brutally honest I would recommend avoiding this location if possible. You might run into some of the
problems mentioned above. I just wanted to warn everyone in advance about these issues. Thanks
