Very rude service, confirmed reservation over phone and was met with rude phone operator. Showed up with wife and they had no recollection of a reservation. Food was not good, service worse. Waited several minutes to be seen at a time.

Great Food! Great Atmosphere! I have been there around 10 times in the last 6 months, and the woman that the previous reviewers were speaking of no longer hangs around. Rosie and Sonya are great!

I love this place! I have been going for years and it is always a place that I like to take my grandchildren since they love the food and atmosphere (they are fascinated by the big TV). However, the last few times we went, I have found that it is no longer a place for my young grandchildren. We've always gone on Friday or Saturday night and the food and service has been WONDERFUL. However, last time we were there, one of the new employees (I assume she's an employee because every time we are there, she is there) was prancing around dressed inappropriately with a beer and cigarette in her hand. She was very loud and obnoxious and the smoke upset my 5-year-old grand baby's eyes. This woman's language was foul and she seemed to know several of the customers (I guess they are regulars) as she was telling crude and frankly, disgusting jokes all the while referring to her bedroom life. Had we not not just finished eating and were waiting on the check, I would have gotten up and left. I would have liked to think the owner, Freddie, was unaware of this, but after a little while this woman went and sat next to him in a booth in the back. So maybe she isn't an employee, but I will not be dining there again - with or without my kids. If you don't want your kids exposed to behavior you would see in a night club, then don't take them to Cascio's! My waitress was wonderful, I believe her name was Jessica or Jordan. I have had her several times and she is the best! The food is spectacular and the atmosphere is nice, but I refuse to subject myself or my grand children to that kind of behavior. Such a shame.

I eat at Cascio's once a month.....I would eat more often but it is a long drive.....30 minutes. I love the spagetti and meat sauce, spagetti and giant meatball and the red beans and rice. Sure it is a hole-in- the wall next to a gas station. But is is really good food. Only one waitress, so it could be slow.
