I visited this Pizza Hut's location and was very disappointed. The customer service is terrible. When walking into the store, no one pays any attention to you, no greeting; not even a head turn. As the employees are ignoring you, you notice that 5 minutes have passed by before anyone acknowledges you. The manager walked right passed me. Didn't ask if anyone was helping me or anything. Finally the delivery employee ask if anyone was helping me. She tried her best but couldn't take my order. She wasn't familiar with their software. Another employee finally came to assist. She looked at the computer to see if they had what I ordered. Her reply, "we don't have it". No eye contact, apology, nothing. Had she tried to pursue me to order something else, I might have. But she didn't care and everyone went back to business as usual. Ignoring the customer. Yea, great job Pizza Hut!!!!!!!!! This is the fourth time I've came to this location and every time the store is out of something. Their is either no dressing for the wings, no beverages(tea) or the soda is out.
They r usually out of most pizza crust when u order and if u go to the buffet they don't have much of a selection and the staff is rude.
This is the Second time I been to this place and my waiting time has been an hour!!!!!!!!!
The people that work there are rude
