If you are looking to socialize with locals and people traveling on the road this is the place to go! A lot of people stopped by to get a quick bite and ended up mad and talking about the only thing they have in common, a messed up order. My family and I were on our way to our family vacation we stopped to get something quick to eat and what a surprise we got. The girl on the register was fairly new customers she kept looking for all the keys on the register and she kept on scratching her head.(kinda nasty even if she did wash her hands) well all the orders were backed up and the manager was on the line trying to keep all of his crew together because the stress was tense! People were getting mad left and right! The cars on the drive thru were driving off. You would just hear the girl on the window yell 2 more just drove off. Then finally our order was ready,and what do I get? 3 burgers like I ordered but just 2 buns, 1 meat ketchup and pickles even though I paid for all the way :( very disappointing! I honestly don't blame the corporation but they need to have more people there that know how to work a restaurant.
Around 9 PM CST, Thursday 11/6/2014, two over-flowing industrial size trash barrels were staged at the front door as a single Burger King employee was walking out from the food preparation area, into the dining room, which was in need of table clearing and a floor cleaning. After standing at this BK's unattended order counter for over two minutes, and being glanced at and ignored by two BK employees, I called out "Is anyone working the front tonight?" As two other BK employees emerged from the women's room and slowly made their away to the order counter, still engaged in what sounded like a personal conversation, it was apparent that customer service was not a priority at this BK. All things considered (trash, dirty tables and floor, and employees not at all concerned with the waiting customers, I walked out.
Check your order, it's probably completely wrong.
